Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care within clients' homes
- Assist clients with personal care
- Keep documentation accurate and complete
- Maintain each client's care plan
- Communicate with clients, families and healthcare colleagues with clarity and courtesy
- Uphold safety, dignity and wellbeing in all interactions
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence
- Use of a reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration, should it apply
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer literacy, comfortable with digital systems for care notes and communication
- Prior experience in nursing or home care, preferred but not essential
