An Australian food and agribusiness with more than 100 years of history, and operations in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, is appointing a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The position answers to the Human Resources Group Manager and carries responsibility for coordinating recruitment, mobilisation and onboarding across a workforce drawn from Australia and abroad. You would be the central contact for hiring managers, applicants and colleagues throughout the business. Sponsorship is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring from end to end: advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offers
- Coordinate mobilisation, from visa coordination and documentation to onboarding, together with travel and moving logistics
- Serve as the link with migration providers on visa processes
- Uphold accurate hiring records and systems so the business can report and remain compliant, consistent with policy, legislation and best practice
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and offer a refined standard of service to candidates, employees and stakeholders
Requirements & Eligibility
- A background in HR administration, recruitment coordination, mobilisation or a role of a similar nature
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisation
- Composure in balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication, with skill in managing stakeholders
- A customer-focused approach to each candidate's experience
- Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment processes, and of the compliance requirements that surround them
