The position calls for composure and warmth at the front desk, careful handling of the reception inbox and room reservations, and quiet support for a fully serviced hospitality floor. Key Responsibilities
- Offer the client's employees and guests a gracious first impression
- Oversee the reception and reservation mailbox with care
- Manage room bookings through the room booking management system
- Support the smooth running of the fully serviced corporate hospitality floor, prioritising competing demands and managing time efficiently
Requirements & Eligibility
- A refined instinct for making a great first impression
- A genuine appreciation of food
- A strong understanding of how a fully serviced corporate hospitality floor operates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience overseeing a reception & reservation mailbox
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, or front of house within a 5-star hotel
- Prior experience with a room booking management system
- Efficient time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent communication, relating effectively to clients and the wider team when under pressure
- Willingness to take direction and openness to learning new skills
