Key Responsibilities
- Design, development and maintenance of web and software applications in line with client requirements
- Responsive front-end interfaces, built using ReactJS
- Back-end services, APIs and databases, developed and integrated
- Clean, testable code that is well documented, refined through code reviews, testing and debugging with the QA team
- Support for deployment in cloud environments and through CI/CD pipelines
- Engagement with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time, while remaining current with new technologies and best practices
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
- Commercial experience in software development spanning 2 to 4 years
- Strong capability in ReactJS and in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Back-end experience gained in at least one of Python, Java, Node.js or .NET
- Good knowledge of both SQL and relational databases
- Experience with agile ways of working, and with Git
- Clear English communication in written and verbal form, and full working rights in Australia
- Experience of the cloud (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
