Key Responsibilities
- Be a consistent presence for clients through regular visits to their sites
- Fill high-volume job orders for clients, efficiently and accurately
- Create and oversee rosters shaped by client requirements
- Manage accounts with proactive liaison and a high-quality level of service
- Guide employees through on-boarding, performance management and terminations
- Settle employee questions concerning payroll and work health and safety (WHS)
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and casual employees
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment and complete the administrative tasks that support operations
Requirements & Eligibility
- Sales or customer relationship management experience, highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- A confident, friendly phone manner
- A positive attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Computer literate and proficient in relevant systems, able to thrive in a small, highly efficient team
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
