The role is calm and focused by design. You would work roughly 10 pm to 5 am, six nights a week, with Wednesdays off, and final hours will be agreed with you. Bread, pastries and donuts are yours to produce from start to finish, leaving a polished display for the morning customers who return to this business every day.
The position is full-time, begins immediately and offers 4 weeks of annual leave. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, if applicable.

- Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or hospitality environment
- Assurance when working alone
- Skilled at managing your own time and workflow

- Reliable, punctual and consistent conduct, as the team depends on the bake every morning
- Availability to work over the Christmas period
