Whether you currently run a section in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh, a considered next move could take you to Perth. An award-winning modern Asian restaurant there is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to join a successful kitchen team cooking food with big, bold and balanced flavours.
The rhythm is steady and demanding. Lunch and dinner are served seven days a week, the restaurant handles in excess of 1,000 covers weekly, and its kitchen is shared across several venues in a hospitality precinct, bringing a workload of real variety. Senior chefs take an active interest in training and developing future kitchen leaders. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Present an exceptional food product with consistency through each service
- Work to the recipes and guidance of senior chefs and managers
- Move confidently between pans, wok, fryers, larder and grill
- Work autonomously at a fast pace and high volume while supporting the shared kitchen that services the precinct's several venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years' experience as a chef within a high-volume kitchen with a fast pace
- Experience relevant to the position you are applying for
- Experience with Asian cuisine, preferred but not essential
- A commercial cookery certificate
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Availability across weekends and public holidays
- Drive, with a willingness to grow into a leadership role
