Key Responsibilities
- Offer holistic, culturally safe personal care, including showering and dressing
- Support residents with eating, mobility and communication
- Help shape care plans for people living with dementia
- Follow each therapy plan with care
- Observe residents closely, report on their progress and promptly flag any change or concern
- Keep records precise and up to date, and support registered nurses within your scope of practice
Requirements & Eligibility
