Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard clinical care guided by each resident's plan
- Observe residents' wellbeing and respond to any change in condition
- Manage medication administration and complete clinical documentation with accuracy
- Lead care staff, and maintain clear communication with residents, families and fellow health professionals
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration to work as a Registered Nurse
- Aged care experience will be highly regarded
- Strong abilities in clinical assessment
- Strong communication and documentation
