The full-time roles are at its regional aged care homes across NSW, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, listed under Sydney.
It is a role built on clinical leadership: thoughtful assessment and care planning, careful medication management, and mentoring care staff so residents can live with dignity and independence. Work follows a flexible 7-day rotating roster.
Sponsorship opportunities are available across the regional locations for applicants meeting the eligibility requirements. Current AHPRA registration is needed before you apply; it is not arranged through the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective and person-centred clinical nursing
- Lead resident assessments, care planning and accurate clinical records
- Manage medication administration and monitor each resident's wellbeing
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams as well as residents and their families
- Mentor care team members and contribute to an ongoing culture of quality improvement
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse status with current AHPRA registration
- At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience; where it was gained only overseas, it must fall within the last 5 years; Australian experience highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and sound decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Commitment to person-centred, high-quality care, and willingness to work in regional areas of SA, WA, NSW, VIC and QLD
- Highly regarded: residential aged care experience, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, experience leading clinical teams
