A considered next move for a chef who values craft. In Sydney, a kitchen that works with open fire and exceptional produce is growing and seeks a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, with both junior and experienced chefs invited to apply.
The setting is fast and energetic yet collaborative, and the brigade is small and ambitious. Beyond the restaurant, the team creates distinctive events in a variety of locations, where precision and consistency matter as much as flavour.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook with open fire and exceptional ingredients in a fast-paced, energetic professional kitchen
- Oversee prep and small events with full independence
- Present food of consistent, refined quality that meets discerning client expectations
- Contribute to a collaborative brigade at events across several locations
- Uphold the kitchen's standards at every service and event
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional kitchen experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef
- Minimum of 6 months as Sous Chef (for the Sous Chef position)
- Experience in event catering or high-volume kitchens, or in hatted or award-winning restaurants, is highly regarded
- A strong commitment to consistency and detail, and pride in high-quality food that meets high client expectations
- Ability to independently run small events and prep
- A positive manner, solid work ethic and team-first mindset
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take initiative
- Australian working rights required, and visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates
