Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest arrivals and departures
- Attend to guest enquiries by telephone, email and in person, ensuring every stay is a pleasure
- Support reservations arriving via online travel platforms
- Assist with cleaning, maintenance and the presentation of the property, its rooms, cabins, campsites and facilities
- Assist in operating the swimming pool and hot pools
- Coordinate daily duties with colleagues and support basic administration
- Gain insight into occupancy, pricing and online booking management
