Chef de Partie
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Whangarei, New Zealand · Full-Time · $32/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
For chefs now cooking in hotel kitchens across the Gulf, whether in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh, this is a considered next move: an iconic, historic waterfront hotel in Northland, New Zealand, is appointing Chefs de Partie on a permanent, full-time basis of 30 hours a week.
The brief is precise. You would oversee your own section, keep its stock at the right quality and level, and ensure that every element of a plate is finished well and arrives on time. The kitchen is supportive and professional, and it places fresh, seasonal produce and consistency at the heart of what it serves.
The hotel favours applicants who already hold New Zealand work eligibility, while indicating that sponsorship may be considered.
Present your career with the same care you give a plate: the sections you have overseen, the calibre of kitchens you have worked in and your food safety discipline. Curate a waterfront-hotel chef CV with Build AI CV.
