Requirements & Eligibility
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- Current practising certificate
- Previous aged care experience
- Strong clinical nursing knowledge and skill
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and the accreditation standards for aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-working skills
- Excellent time management and organisation
- A strong commitment to resident-centred care, dignity and privacy
- A high level of integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement
