The position centres on thoughtful, client-led care. You would assess each person in the round, design their care plan, oversee wound management, administer and chart medication and support personal care, working as an extension of a cohesive multidisciplinary team guided by senior clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess each person in the round, taking account of social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Design clinically appropriate care plans and oversee wound management and documentation
- Administer and chart medication
- Support residents' personal care and advocate for clients with a premium standard of care and support
Requirements & Eligibility
- A relevant degree qualification, with Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A current National Criminal History Check
- A current Australian driver's licence
