You would balance clinical nursing with shift leadership, guiding and overseeing the personal care team while building lasting trust with residents and their families. Rosters span mornings, afternoons and nights, and the role reports to the Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical care for residents to best-practice standards
- Oversee each shift, offering coaching, supervision and direction to care staff
- Recognise when residents' needs evolve and respond with sound clinical judgement
- Cultivate trusted relationships with residents and families
- Uphold a safe, positive, inclusive environment and the home's clinical, safety and organisational policies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, with a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of nursing practice, ideally including aged care
- Command of aged care legislation and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- An understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Deep clinical knowledge of ageing and the conditions associated with later life
- Confidence as a coach, mentor and support for care staff, with refined communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills
- A positive, collaborative manner and competent IT skills
