Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and personal care to clients at home
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation while communicating clearly with clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Promote client safety, dignity and wellbeing throughout every interaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- A valid driver's licence
- Use of a reliable vehicle
- Nursing registration for the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse positions
- Certificates in first aid and CPR
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, including the computer literacy needed for digital care notes
- Nursing or home care experience is preferred but not essential
