The kitchen wants a seasoned professional from an established cafe or restaurant, an articulate communicator who is at ease with stock control and ordering and who values guest feedback. Polish matters, as the kitchen is in full view of the dining room. Hours are full-time on a casual engagement.
You will need unrestricted Australian work rights. Sponsorship is available for a candidate who demonstrates leadership and great communication.

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years of experience as a chef, with a proven track record of exceptional dishes in a time-pressured environment
- A Commercial Cookery qualification
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
