The role brings broad oversight. It combines financial control with the day-to-day running of the funds, the review of outsourced administration, property accounting and tax advisers, and leadership of NAV, cashflow and financing reporting. You would also assist with compliance and serve as a trusted contact for auditors, bankers and investment partners, with hybrid working in place.

Key Responsibilities
- Exercise financial control across the funds.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of fund operations.
- Review the output of outsourced fund administrators, property accountants and tax advisers.
- Lead the preparation of financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Contribute to compliance.
- Maintain relationships with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners where appropriate, and external Accountants, Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- Relevant experience in the funds or property sector on the client side, as an FM or Senior FM
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- A strong work ethic
- Initiative, proactivity and a positive approach to work
