Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor the brigade of chefs and kitchen attendants, cultivating a calm and professional culture
- Compose and cost modern Australian menus for the bistro, bar and events, with presentation held to a consistent standard
- Orchestrate event catering with the functions team, aligning preparation, staffing and the timing of service
- Steward purchasing, stock, food costs, labour and waste within agreed budgets

Requirements & Eligibility
- A track record as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, grounded in hotel dining and high-volume functions or banqueting
- Refined culinary skill paired with sound financial judgement, and the capacity to deliver busy services while running large events
- Clear communication, a pragmatic approach and dedication to developing your team
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certification
